Cork & Tap's Event Space is ideal for for bridal/baby showers, receptions, reunions, birthday parties, company events & training and more.  We go the extra-mile to make sure your event is a great experience for everyone! Rates start as low as $75 and are based on Cork & Tap's normal business hours. Accommodations can be made for events on off-hours for additional fees. For detailed information and to answer any questions you may have, please contact us! 

CATERING
Catering are up-to each individual renter's preference.  We do allow you to bring in your own food or cater, but a liability waiver must be signed to do so. We have a list of local, reliable vendors that have excellent reviews in the area upon request. Alcoholic drinks must be purchased through Cork & Tap. Options can be discussed with the Cork & Tap representative.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The rental fee covers the use of the room for the day during our standard business hours, tables and chairs. Additional hours can be purchased. If you have a large wedding, reception or event  planned (over 120 guests), please visit River's Edge Experience. This large river front location can accommodate up to 300 people and has a huge outdoor event space.​

ROOMS AVAILABLE & MORE INFORMATION ARE LISTED BELOW:

MILLINERS ROOM (^3rd Floor, Contact us for more details):  
This is our main private event space that can accommodate up to 100 people. It features hardwood floors, exposed joists, lighted faux skylight, wood lath wall, buffet table (aka: Milliner's table), kitchenette, optional wet bar service, and 4 large windows. Restrooms are also available on this level with two entry/exit staircases. 

The room rental fee allows renters use of the space for the day during normal business hours. Tables and chairs set-up to accommodate your event are also provided. Table clothes can be rented for an additional $20 flat fee.  Additional hours outside of normal business hours can be purchased. Limited bar service on this floor can be made available.

A $75 non-refundable deposit  and signed rental contract is required to reserve the space. Decorations must be non-marking and need to be taken down after the event.

*There are no elevators to access the 3rd floor rooms.

Note: The entire upstairs can be rented for events which can accommodate  150 guests.

GALLERY ROOM (^3rd Floor, $125 Contact us for details)

The Gallery Room is located adjacent to the Milliner's room with private double doors that can accommodate 60 people. The 4 large windows overlook downtown Oregon. Restrooms are also available on this level. Bar service is available. Additional space is available when renting the entire floor for an event that can accommodate up to 150 people. 

The room rental fee allows renters use of the space for the day during normal business hours. Tables and chairs set-up to accommodate your event are also provided. Table clothes can be rented for an additional $20 flat fee.

BACK ROOM (1st floor, $75 Contact us for details) 
This space accommodates up to 40 people, can be decorated, has hardwood floors and a buffet table. This room is adjacent to the main bar and restrooms which is convenient for guests. The room has a public entry/exit to the rear parking entrance.

It is a great space for open house style parties, reunions, retirement parties or birthday parties for adults. Because this space can be accessed by the public. It is recommended that our fully private spaces be rented private events, children parties and wedding/bridal showers.

Decorations must be non-marking and need to be taken down after the event. The room rental fee allows renters use of the space for the day during normal business hours. (photos below)
 MEZZANINE (^2nd floor, $75) 
This semi-private open lounge style area can hold up to 25 people.  It is the perfect atmosphere to hold a relaxed style party, as it overlooks the main bar area.  It is best suited for parties that do not want to necessarily sit all together but just want a really neat space reserved just for them. A $75 full non-refundable rental cost is required to reserve the space.​
